About the Jewelry
What are your pieces made of?
Our jewelry is crafted with a high-quality brass or stainless steel base, finished with premium gold or silver plating and set with precision-cut zircon stones. Every piece is built to look and feel like luxury — without the luxury markup.
Is the gold real?
Our pieces are premium gold-plated, not solid gold. Solid gold of this size would cost thousands. We use a thick, high-polish plating designed to hold its shine and resist tarnish with normal everyday wear.
Will it tarnish or fade?
Our pieces are tarnish-resistant when cared for properly. To keep the shine: avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wear and store in a dry place.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Our pieces are nickel-free and safe for most skin types. If you have extremely sensitive skin or known metal allergies, we recommend a short patch test before extended wear.
Can I wear it in the shower or pool?
We don’t recommend it. Chlorine, salt water, and hot water will shorten the life of any plated jewelry. Take it off before showering, swimming, or working out for the longest-lasting shine.
Sizing
What size chain should I get?
- 18" — sits at the base of the neck (choker style)
- 20" — sits at the collarbone (most popular)
- 22" — sits just below the collarbone
- 24" — sits mid-chest
If you’re unsure, grab a piece of string, wrap it around your neck where you want the chain to sit, and measure it in inches.
What about bracelets?
Measure around your wrist with a string or measuring tape. Add roughly half an inch for a comfortable fit. Most men’s wrists fall in the 7"–8.5" range.

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimums, no hidden fees.
How long does shipping take?

- Delivery: 7–14 business days (most orders arrive within this window; remote locations may take longer)

How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email us at support@grailvault.co with your order number.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Most orders ship duty-paid, but a small number of international destinations may charge customs fees on arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on your country’s import rules.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn pieces in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@grailvault.co with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at support@grailvault.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted (SSL) and processed by Shopify’s secure payment system. We never see or store your card details.
