RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At GrailVault, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Personalized or custom products are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grailvault.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
